Perennial shrub taller than 1 m, very branchy, with linear leaves and blue or whitish flowers grouped in terminal spikelets. With an intense aroma, it has a very wide application as a seasoning for meats, sauces, etc. It is widely used in perfumery. Sow in spring. To collect rosemary we just have to wait for a nice day, that is, that the sky is clear and the temperature remains between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius, something that happens frequently during spring and autumn.
